On March 26, 2021, attorneys with Baty Otto Coronado hosted a webinar for more than a hundred members of a state risk pool comprised of Missouri public entities. Firm attorneys Jacob Bielenberg, Paul Gordon, Chris Heigele, and Mark Katz spoke on topics related to recent case decisions pertaining to Missouri’s Open Records Act (Sunshine Law) and recent developments pertaining to the Missouri Human Rights Act. The webinar was organized and moderated by Kansas City partner Steven Coronado. Slides from the presentation are available on request from the attorneys involved. Based on positive feedback and the success of this webinar, future programs are being planned.
