Partners Chris Heigele and Paul Gordon attended DRI’s 2021 Civil Rights and Governmental Tort Liability Seminar in Nashville, Tennessee. Both are active members of DRI’s Governmental Liability Committee (Chris is a past Vice Chair of the committee). They received up-to-date information on trends in litigation involving the cities, counties, law enforcement agencies, and schools they represent and defend. DRI is the largest association of attorneys, with over 20,000 members, primarily focused on defending individuals, companies, and organizations in civil litigation.
