Curtis C. Wall

Curtis is an associate in Baty Otto Scheer’s Kansas City office. He leverages his technical and legal experience in pursuing exceptional outcomes for his clients. With a background in both the automotive/diesel industry and law enforcement prior to attending law school, Curtis offers a unique perspective on complex matters, combining practical industry knowledge and a strong investigative approach. His problem-solving skills allow him to address the needs of his clients by balancing strategy, precision, and practicality.

Curtis completed the Master Automotive and Master Diesel Technology programs at Nashville Auto-Diesel College (now Lincoln Tech) in 2007.  These programs provided an understanding of the technical challenges and operational realities faced by businesses in transportation and related industries that he utilizes today in litigating matters arising from vehicular accidents.

Curtis’s experience as a former law enforcement officer further enhances his ability to approach matters with an investigative mindset. A community patrol officer who rose to the level of corporal, Curtis routinely responded to life-threatening emergencies and conducted investigations, including motor vehicle collisions. 

Curtis joined Baty Otto Scheer after practicing with a midwest litigation firm. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri (Kansas pending).
