PRACTICE AREAS:
Richard is an associate in Baty Otto Scheer’s Kansas City office. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law, honing his litigation skills and achieving KU Law’s Advocacy Skills Certificate. He served on the University’s Mock Trial Council and as comment editor on The University of Kansas Law Review. During law school, Richard participated in the Douglas County Legal Aid Clinic and, through his Kansas Supreme Court Rule 715 license, aided clients and attended numerous court hearings on their behalf.
