Kenneth A. Sprenger

Kenny Sprenger represents companies and individuals in many types of civil claims and lawsuits spanning numerous industries, including trucking and transportation, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, products liability, and employment, among others. Kenny represents insurance carriers and their insured companies and individuals, as well as other corporate entities and individuals, in civil disputes. Throughout his nearly 20 years of practice, he has litigated hundreds of cases to favorable conclusions for his clients by jury trial, bench trial, and settlement. His early assessment and strategy development with his clients are key components of zealous, effective, diligent, and individualized advocacy from start to finish. Kenny is well-equipped to handle civil claims and litigation, both routine and complex. Kenny was part of a litigation team that obtained the largest defense verdict in Missouri in 2015, following a 3-week trial.

Outside of his practice, Kenny is an avid outdoorsman and sportsman, and enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Kenny has also served in various leadership positions with community organizations whose efforts benefit family and children through sports and other activities.
