PRACTICE AREAS:
Brogan is an associate in Baty Otto Scheer’s Kansas City office. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with honors. During her time at UMKC, she served as a staff member of UMKC Law Review and as the student fellow for the Child and Family Services Clinic. Also while attending law school, she interned with Family Court Commissioner Sherrill L. Rosen of the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. In 2022, Brogan received the John Speca Family Law Student of the Year Award.
Prior to joining Baty Otto Scheer, Brogan practiced family law where she handled cases from initial consultation to resolution.
Brogan holds a degree in political science from the University of Arkansas.
