Brianna R. Gabriel

Brianna is an associate in Baty Otto Scheer’s Kansas City office. Before joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gary D. Witt at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.

Brianna graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law in 2023. While in law school, she was actively involved in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, a program dedicated to teaching high school students about their constitutional rights, and she also served as a staff member on the Administrative Law Review.

Before attending law school, Brianna earned her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Kansas.
