PRACTICE AREAS:
Erin is an associate in Baty Otto Scheer’s Kansas City office. With more than 13 years of legal experience, Erin has practiced in federal, state, administrative, and municipal courts. She has advocated for criminal defendants, disability claimants, creditors, construction companies, entrepreneurs, and children and legal guardians. Her diverse legal background enables her to see both the direct and collateral impact of her clients’ outcomes.
Erin joined Baty Otto Scheer after practicing with a business litigation firm. She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
